Sarah Swerdloff Sarah Swerdloff is an associate at the firm. She works primarily on the corporate side assisting business entities and individuals with various business transactions. Ms. Swerdloff received her law degree and MBA from Suffolk University. At Suffolk, Ms. Swerdloff was a graduate student research fellow and worked closely with professors in the Business Law and Ethics department assisting with the publication of research articles. While in law school, Ms. Swerdloff was a member of Suffolk University Law School’s Foreign Direct Investment Moot Arbitration team and participated in the global competition held in London, England. Ms. Swerdloff completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont, where she received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Business Administration. Throughout her undergraduate career, Ms. Swerdloff was a member of the Women’s Club Soccer team. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Swerdloff worked as a corporate paralegal. Most recently, Ms. Swerdloff worked in the legal department of a large global asset management company.
