Robert Pelletier Robert Pelletier is an associate at Henshon Klein, LLP. He works on commercial litigation matters, as well as corporate and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Pelletier graduated from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. He served as a member of the front office and was the Online Editor of the Law Review. As the Online Editor, Mr. Pelletier was solely responsible for editing and approving all publishable online content for the Law Review. Mr. Pelletier also authored an article proposing policy changes in professional sports leagues via exploring the impact of today’s electronic communication capabilities on nonsolicitation and nonrecruitment provisions–otherwise known as “anti-tampering” provisions. Prior to joining Henshon Klein, Mr. Pelletier worked at a commercial real estate and business transaction firm, focusing on complex commercial litigation.
